At Isamilo International School we are very proud of who we are and what we stand for. But, of course, what really makes a school is its pupils, and it’s important that in exploring this website you are able to see that it is our students that are at the centre of everything.
Our Latin slogan, chosen when the school was first established back in the 1950s, is quisque ingenium perficiat and basically translates as ‘developing the talents of all’. This is how we see our role in education. Not just as academic teachers and support staff but also as adults positioned to guide students into becoming independent and responsible young adults with an intelligent world awareness and a range of skills both within and outside of the required curriculum. This is why our new school slogan The right balance is so very appropriate.
