Isamilo International School operates under the auspices of the Anglican Church of Tanzania’s Diocese of Victoria Nyanza and is governed by a Board of Governors in accordance with the school’s written constitution.
The Board must comprise of at least thirteen members drawn from the Mwanza community and represent various parties with a vested interest in the success and future development of the school.
The position of Governor is unpaid and purely voluntary and appointment to the Board is through recommendation by the respective appointing body. Governors serve for four years before standing for reappointment.
